Wreaths Across America Note Card Sponsor Display

$10 price is a deposit only - refundable with first sponsorship remittance.

A handy display rack of note cards to be placed in local business, schools, or other high traffic areas to help sell sponsorships. A sponsor buys the card for $15 and a wreath will be placed on a Veteran's grave as part of National Wreaths Across America Day on the 2nd Saturday in December. The card becomes a gift from the sponsor to a special friend of his or a reminder of his/her patriotism.

The purpose of the display is to provide each squadron with more fundraising success by providing more exposure.

• The displays are to be placed in local businesses, manufacturing plants, schools, etc.
• Each display need to be visited each week to collect the money from sales and check on the remaining unsold cards. Money needs to be sent in at this time.
• The displays should be rotated to different locations after 2-3 weeks if sales begin to tail off.
• Keep cards replenished (keep at least 10 cards in display) until 10 days from the end of the program.
• On weekends, commander should dispatch 2 cadets to each location that has a display to explain to potential sponsors and help spur sales.
• All fundraising moneys need to be in the office no later than November 25. Any money received after that date will be credited to sponsorships for 2010.

Do not use the display as your only way of selling sponsorships. (Door to door, to friends and family, to businesses are the regular way)

We suggest 5 to 10 displays per squadron, more for the larger squadrons. A $10 deposit is required for each display. The deposit will be refunded to the squadron out of the first remittance of sponsorships.
