State House Ceremony- December 10, 2012; 12 noon EST

WAA State House ceremonies in all 50 states and Washington D.C. continue a week-long celebration of America’s veterans and their service to our Country, with a particular focus on family during the holidays.

Volunteers conduct the WAA State House Ceremonies each year in their respective state capitols. Ceremonies begin at 11:30 A.M., with the actual Wreath Laying Ceremony taking place at 12:00 Noon EST. Dignitaries and special guests are invited to speak in honor of our veterans and active military. The wreath-laying ceremonies are non political and all groups are invited to attend.
