Wreaths Across America receives no government funding to support operations.

Motivated and dedicated patriots across the country and at locations overseas power the Maine-based nonprofit organization. The mission to remember, honor, and teach is carried out daily by millions of citizens who care deeply for those who have served our nation in the armed forces, and their families. Some of these remarkable individuals are veterans themselves or come from military families while others are driven by a deep sense of patriotism and community service.

Placing fresh, hand-made balsam remembrance wreaths on the headstones of veterans across the country in December requires tremendous logistics and unyielding support from the trucking industry.

Wreaths Across America shows its gratitude and appreciation for all those involved in transporting America's respect with "Trucking Tributes." These stories will introduce you to the men and women of the industry who make the mission possible.

The weekly "Trucking Tributes" feature profiles give us a chance to call attention to the amazing contributions of time and equipment resources donated to the Wreaths Across America mission by the men and women of the trucking industry as members of our Honor Fleet; those hauling truckloads of America's respect.

Each holiday season the Honor Fleet transports hundreds of “truckloads of respect.” These loads are filled with more than a million Remembrance Wreaths to be placed on veterans’ graves all over the country to thank them for their service and sacrifices made to protect our freedoms. By signing up to be a Rolling Ambassador sponsor, individuals who drive our nation’s roads each day for a living can now help fill those trucks with Remembrance Wreaths.

“Every year we have so many professional drivers, bikers, police officers and other first responders, ask us how they can get involved, even if they can’t transport wreaths,” said Karen Worcester, executive director, Wreaths Across America. “Rolling Ambassadors is designed for these dedicated men and women. By becoming a Rolling Ambassador sponsor, Wreaths Across America is entrusting drivers to proudly wear the logo and share the importance of the mission to Remember the Fallen, Honor those that serve, and Teach our children about the true cost of freedom.”

When you become a Wreaths Across America Rolling Ambassador part of your sponsorship immediately covers the cost for two remembrance wreaths to help fill the trailers to honor veterans and their families on National Wreaths Across America Day, Saturday, December 16, 2017.

Additionally, Wreaths Across America will equip you with the clothing and accessories you need to spread the message of our mission no matter where your travels as a Rolling Ambassador take you.
