Ways to Support

National Wreaths Across America Day is an event held in more than 3,000 local communities each December. It is a day where volunteers of all ages, demographics and backgrounds gather to place live balsam veterans’ wreaths on the headstones of our nation’s heroes, joining together to say each of their names out loud one more time and in doing so, keeping their memories alive.

Although best known for this annual nationwide event, Wreaths Across America’s mission to Remember the Fallen, Honor those that serve and their families, and Teach the next generation the value of freedom is yearlong and carried out by individuals finding a way to serve in their communities. Wreaths Across America offers many programs and opportunities to share the stories of veterans, their families and those who serve our country. We invite you to learn more about how you too can get involved in the mission, TODAY!

REMEMBER

  • Wreaths Across America’s annual pilgrimage from Columbia Falls, Maine, to Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia has become known as the world’s largest veterans’ parade, stopping at schools, monuments, veterans’ homes, and communities all along the way to remind people how important it is to Remember, Honor and Teach. Since 2007, Wreaths Across America has given back more than $20 million to local groups. To sign up to be a Sponsorship Group, click HERE.
  • Wreaths Across America offers volunteers several ways to honor our veterans, including our popular Thanks-A- Million campaign, which distributes free “I Owe You” cards to volunteers all over the country to share with veterans as a simple thank-you for their service and a promise to give back. • Wreaths Across America works with veteran service organizations across the country in hopes of sharing relevant and pertinent information with this important audience.
