Welcome to the Houston National Cemetery's Wreaths Across America Page.

On December 14, 2024 at 11:00 am (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at Houston National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible by clicking the red "Sponsor" button. Or, if you would like to volunteer to participate in the wreath laying ceremony, please click the “Volunteer” button next to the cemetery name below, and don't forget to click the "Invite" button to invite your friends and family to join you.

Parking Instructions

PARKING

The best place to park is at Greenspoint Mall and take the free shuttle.  Also available is the Shepard Park & Ride for $1.25.

Cemetery grounds will fill very quickly so please try to use one of our other options.

Other busses  are not permitted in the cemetery.  Please pull to the front gate to let your passengers off and then park at Greenspoint to take the shuttle.  Most busses are wheelchair equipped.

NOTE - After the ceremony all the busses will be there to help take people back.  Please be patient as we get 17,000 people delivered back to Greenspoint Mall.  There will be a line, but it goes quickly.
