Parking Instructions
For our annual wreath laying ceremony in December, we are blessed to receive an abundance of support from our community and average an attendance of around 3,000 volunteers every year. To that end, traffic and parking can be very challenging. Please give yourself plenty of time to get here when planning your commute. We are working with the local police department as well as the VA police again this year to help manage traffic.
Ceremony and Volunteer Information
Each year, approximately 2,000 new veterans are laid to rest at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Therefore, the need for wreaths is always growing. Each handmade, fresh, live wreath is made in the United States with Maine balsam. The cost to sponsor one wreath is $17. We are grateful for any amount of generosity you can offer and are appreciative of your time for consideration.
