REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Welcome to the Valley Center Cemetery's Wreaths Across America Page.

Due to the current pandemic and San Diego County's extremely strict rules about public gatherings, the Wreaths Across America ceremony planned for Valley Center Cemetery on December 19th has, sadly, been cancelled. For the same reasons, wreath placing has also been cancelled. In a private ceremony, ceremonial wreaths for the all branches of the military and first responders will be placed. We are working on a way to place flags instead of wreaths at the cemetery and still be in compliance with San Diego County's rules. Wreaths sponsored this year will roll over to next year.

Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible at our event on December 18th, 2021, by clicking the red "Sponsor" button.

Thank you so much for supporting Valley Center Cemetery and Wreaths Across America!

Directions to Cemetery

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery.  Parking at the cemetery is extremely limited and will be reserved for ceremony participants, the elderly and the handicapped.  There will be off-site parking available for ceremony attendees with free shuttle service from the parking area to the cemetery.  As soon as this year's parking area has been finalized, that information will be posted.

Parking Instructions

Parking is extremely limited at the cemetery itself and needs to be limited to ceremony participants, the elderly, and those who are handicapped.  There is no street parking.  Attendees should park in the lot on Cole Grade Road at Fruitvale on the west side of Cole Grade Road behind the white rail fence.  There will be WAA parking signs on the fence.  Shuttle buses will transport attendees from the parking area to the cemetery (approximately five-minutes) and back again.
