<i class="material-icons" data-template="memories-icon">chat_bubble</i><br/>Floyd Davis, Army<br/>Posted by: Shirleen Wilhelm<br/><div class='remember-wall-long-description'>World War I, Wagoner, Supply Company, 60th Infantry, United
States Army. He enlisted on the twenty-fifth of August 1917 at Ft.
Thomas, Kentucky, for the period of emergency. He served in Germany
and France. He was in the battles of Anould Sector, St. Die Sector,
Villers-en-Haye Sector, St. Mihiel, and Meuse-Argonne. He sustained
wounds on October 13, 1918. PVT Davis was Honorably Discharged from
the service of the United States on the 25 June 1919 by reason of desire to re-enlist
and ordered to Esch-Luxemburg, Germany for one year and was honorably
discharged in Germany on June 24, 1920 by reason of completion of term of
