Veterans Heritage Site Foundation, Inc. (TN0190P) will be helping multiple Tennessee area cemeteries to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes. Our group supports Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Revolutionary War Veteran Cemeteries & Small Cemeteries of East TN, New East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Old East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, and Knoxville National Cemetery. To select the cemetery you would like to support, click the red "Sponsor Wreaths" button near the top of the page, select the number of wreaths, and under "Location to Support" click on the name of the cemetery to generate a drop down menu and make your selection.
Please note, the ceremony for Great Smoky Mountains National Park will be held at the Sugarland Visitors Center located at 115 Park Headquarters Rd in Gatlinburg on Sunday, December 17th, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
The ceremony for Revolutionary War Veteran Cemeteries & Small Cemeteries of East TN will be held at Lebanon At The Forks Cemetery located at 2390 Asbury Rd in Knoxville on Saturday, December 16th, 2023 at 2:00 PM.

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.
Parking Instructions
There is plenty of parking at this cemetery, so feel free to park in any available spot.Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself. You must send email to be able to place wreaths on any of the graves in the mountain.
The Opening Ceremony will December 18 at 10 AM at the Great Smoky Mountains Park Headquarters. 107 Park Headquarters Rd Gatlinburg, TN. The wreaths will then be handed out to those with assigned hikes. Others may go to the cemetery in Elkmont or meet at 1 pm at the Cosby Campground.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
