Every December, Wreaths Across America provides a profound opportunity for us to pause, reflect, and act on a promise: to NEVER FORGET.
We invite you to join Brown-Forman BRAVE (Brown-Forman Resources for Armed Forces Veterans and Employees) in our heartfelt mission to lay remembrance wreaths at the graves of our Nation's heroes. This is more than a ceremony; it's a living tradition built on the core values we share:
REMEMBER the Fallen.
HONOR those who Serve.
TEACH our children the value of Freedom.
Take Action: Honor Our Heroes
You can personally help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible. We ask you to take part in this incredibly meaningful mission:
Sponsor Remembrance Wreaths: Every wreath you sponsor is a tangible 'Thank You' to a veteran and their family.
Volunteer on Wreaths Day: Join us to lay wreaths and speak the name of a veteran aloud, keeping their memory alive.
Invite Others: Encourage your family and friends to attend or volunteer alongside you.
Your support of Brown-Forman BRAVE and Wreaths Across America sends a powerful message of gratitude and respect. Thank you for helping us keep the promise.

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at the Alabama National Cemetery (ALNC). Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about Wreaths Across America at ALNC from the Support Committee for the Alabama National Cemetery who plans and executes the ceremony and wreath laying.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath, especially family members of those interred at ALNC. Family members place their loved one's wreaths immediately following the ceremony followed by other volunteers to place the remaining wreaths.
- In order to give all who volunteer an opportunity to place a wreath, please take only one or two wreaths at a time for placement.
- Please follow the location coordinators' instructions on when and where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinators if you are interested in helping with the clean-up after the ceremony and/or wreath removal in January.
- Detail updates may be found https://scalnc.org
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony. Thank you so much for your help in achieving our mission to remember, honor and teach.
