In memory of Staff Sargeant Charles G. Harlacher Sr. who flew 35 missions with the 390th Bomb Group during WW2 throughout Europe, including D Day and Operation Frantic, as part of the Allied support of Russia's fight against Nazi Germany.

Things to Keep in Mind:
- All ages and backgrounds are welcome – this is a community event for everyone.
- Be on time! Ceremonies across the world will begin simultaneously.
- Share the experience – ensure every participant has the chance to place a wreath.
- Follow instructions from location coordinators on proper wreath placement.
- Help with clean-up – we truly appreciate volunteers who can stay after the ceremony.

Join us at 10:00 AM as we lay approximately 245 wreaths in tribute to the brave men and women who served our nation and now rest in this historic Bedford Village cemetery.
