Welcome to the Spouses Club of Fort Eustis (VA0861P)'s Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 17, 2022 at 12:00 pm, Spouses Club of Fort Eustis (VA0861P) will be helping Hampton National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Directions to Cemetery

GIVEN THE CONTINUALLY EVOLVING STATE OF THE COVID PANDEMIC, AND FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CEMETERY STAFF AND ALL WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA VOLUNTEERS, MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE REQUIRED AT HAMPTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

Hampton National Cemetery located at  

Cemetery Road, Hampton, VA 23666

(Use entrance via the Hampton University main gate)

Wreath preparation: 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Ceremony and Wreath Laying 11:45 am.

(Ceremony begins promptly at 12:00 pm. rain or shine!!!)

Enter Hampton University by way of William R. Harvey Way (Tyler St)

From Newport News on I-64 East: Exit 267 Settlers Landing Rd/Hampton University.; four-lane exit ramp – be in the second lane

from right; straight through the traffic light at end of exit ramp onto Wm. R. Harvey Way (Tyler St).

From Norfolk on I-64 West: Exit 267 Woodland Rd/Hampton University, turn left at the traffic light at end of the exit ramp, go under I-64, turn left at traffic light onto Wm. R. Harvey Way (Tyler St).

Left at the stoplight, the Hampton University gate guard will direct you to parking locations. Volunteers will park on the turf at the south side of HNC behind the historic wall.

This year, the National Wreaths Across America Day ceremony for our location will be held on December 18, 2021.  Please help us reach our goal of fully covering our cemetery by sponsoring a wreath TODAY! 

If you have any questions, please contact our volunteer Location Coordinator at WAAHampton@gmail.com.   We are all volunteers and we ask for your patience while you await a response.   We will try our best to respond as soon as possible.

Wreath removal has been postponed from the originally scheduled 1/15/21 date.  The new Wreath retrieval date will be posted as soon as available.
