On December 19, 2026, OH0222P - Nathan Perry Chapter; Daughters of the American Revolution will be helping Elmwood Cemetery, Calvary Cemetery, Resthaven Memory Gardens, Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville Cemetery, and Avon Center Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.
Ceremonies will take place at Avon Center at 10 a.m. and at noon at Resthaven, Elmwood and Saint Peters.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Elmwood Cemetery is located at 640 North Ridge Rd., Lorain, Ohio. North side of North Ridge Road; about 1/2 mile east of Cooper Foster Park Rd. (State Route 254) and 1/2 mile west of Broadway Avenue.

Park on the streets within the cemetery. Please avoid parking on the grass.Ceremony and Volunteer Information

- Volunteers from all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
- Volunteers will have the opportunity to assist with organization, placing wreaths, cleaning up, etc.
- The Elmwood location coordinator will provide direction on Wreath Day.
