What Volunteers Need to Know
Weather contingency: Cheyenne's weather is unpredictable. Check your registration for any updates.
Everyone is welcome. All ages. All backgrounds.
Family first. Veterans' family members get the first opportunity to place wreaths on their loved ones' graves. Make space for them.
Follow instructions. Location coordinators will direct where and how to place wreaths. Listen to them.
Help with cleanup. We need volunteers for this, too. Check in with the coordinator if you can stay.
The point: Have a meaningful experience. Honor these veterans. Move forward with their memory..
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for helping Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor, and teach.
