Welcome to the MD0042 - Friends of Annapolis's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm, MD0042 - Friends of Annapolis will be helping Annapolis National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

MY DAD WAS AWARDED THE PURPLE HEART IN KOREA FOR INJURIES FIGHTING IN THAT WAR. I MISS HIM VERY MUCH. ON THIS DAY OF THANKSGIVING, I WANT TO SAY THANKS TO HIM AND TO ALL OF OUR DECEASED AND LIVING VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Directions to Cemetery

Parking:  There is NO parking at the cemetery. Parking is available nearby on the side streets and also in the City of Annapolis garage underneath the 'Park Place' development (adjacent to the Westin Hotel) across the street from the Annapolis National Cemetery.

Parking Instructions

There is no parking at the cemetery. The closest is Park Place Garage One Park Place, Annapolis, MD 21401. The rate is $3 for 1-2 hours or $4 for 2-3 hours.


Ceremony and Volunteer Information

IMPORTANT DATES! 

Wreath Delivery - TBA

  • Should take 2 hours to unload truck and organize Wreaths  

Wreath Laying Ceremony - December 13, 2025 at noon

  • Section Captains
    • Arrival not later than 11AM
    • You'll be assigned to Brewer Hill, St. Mary's, or one of five sections at ANC

Clean Up Day - Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10am

  • Please bring gardening gloves and a rake or pole to pick up multiple wreaths at a time
  • This should only take about 30-45 minutes
  • Looking for volunteer organizations that would like to earn community service hours!
