Ceremony and Volunteer Information

WDVA wishes to thank the many corporate, non-profit, and individual sponsors for generously sponsoring veteran wreaths, and the volunteer organizations who selflessly coordinate the countless number of details in order to remember and honor our departed veterans each year.

We will not be hosting a public remembrance ceremony this year for National Wreaths Across America Day.

If you previously signed up to volunteer to help us lay veteran wreaths, please note that in an effort to balance our security posture, health and safety requirements, and with the desire to allow limited in-person participation, we must limit the number of volunteers that we are able to accommodate this year and we are currently at capacity. Therefore, families with loved one's interred at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery will be the only volunteers invited to lay wreaths and may do so on National Wreaths Across America Day, December 18th, at 8:30am. PLEASE CALL THE CEMETERY (509) 299-6280 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (Mon-Fri) FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN SPECIFICS.

For those of you that we are not able to accommodate as volunteers this year, we invite you to join us next year on Saturday, December 17th, National Wreaths Across America Day!

Should you have additional questions please call (509) 299-6280.
