Welcome to the Camp J H Pendleton Oceanside Detachment 21 Marine Corps League (CA0235P)'s Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 17, 2022 at 10:30 am to 1:15 pm, Camp J H Pendleton Oceanside Detachment 21 Marine Corps League (CA0235P) will be helping Miramar National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Directions to Cemetery

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the direction of the staff for parking and cemetery section selection. 

We encourage you to use our off-site parking lot 2 miles east of the cemetery, at 6435 Miramar Road near Carroll Canyon Road. Shuttles depart & return every 10 minutes.

Parking Instructions

Due to construction issues within the cemetery property, we highly recommend you use our off-site parking. The V.A. Hospital Staff overflow parking lot is located at 6435 Miramar Road on the south side of the road. VA shuttles will depart and return every 10 minutes.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Miramar National Cemetery . 

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:

  • Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
  • Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
  • Please follow the section leader's instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
  • We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help remove and recycle on January 7, 2023. Please check back on this website after 17 Dec if you are interested in helping with the wreath removal.

The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
