REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Welcome to the John Alexander Chapter NSDAR (VA0101P)'s Wreaths Across America Page. We are a Daughters of the American Revolution chapter committed to serving veterans in Alexandria and throughout Northern Virginia.

On December 17, 2022 at 12:00 pm, John Alexander Chapter NSDAR (VA0101P) will be helping Quantico National Cemetery and The Virginia Veterans Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

To select the cemetery you would like to support, please click the Red Sponsor Wreaths button, indicate the number of wreaths you would like to sponsor, and under Location to Support, click on the drop down arrow to select the preferred cemetery to support.

Our Locations

Welcome to Quantico National Cemetery and thank you deeply for helping us with our goal to honor as many veterans as possible on Wreaths Across America Day. Unlike past events here at the National Cemetery, the year 2020 & 2021 has presented us some new and unique challenges. Our annual tradition of Remembering, Honoring & Teaching with the wreath placement at Quantico National Cemetery will be organized similar to last year. Based off the amount of wreaths that will be sponsored for Quantico National Cemetery, there will be three blocked period of times throughout the day on December 18th for those who would like to participate. If you are planning to participate for this event, we ask that you register at the following website:  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/wreaths-across-america-quantico-national-cemetery-18-dec-2021-tickets-176396445517.  By completing your registration, this will assist our local coordinators with controlling the flow of traffic into the cemetery and assuring the safety of all of our volunteers....
