Susan Woodin NSDAR is happy you will be participating in the Wreath Across America ceremony at Woodinville Cemetery.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- The veterans' graves to be honored will be marked with a US flag for easy identification.
After the brief ceremony, the public should follow the NSDAR Chaplain's instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed. Please say the name of the veteran you are honoring out loud.
As you walk through the cemetery please be mindful not to step on the marked graves.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony. Thank you so much for helping Wreaths Across America achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach by recognizing the heroes in our own community.
