My Uncle Luther came home in 2023 after being identified by the DPAA after having been MIA since September 1, 1950. He was buried in Andersonville National Cemetery because he lived in Americus. I am grateful that he came home while I was alive to be here for his homecoming.

My uncle Jim served our country with pride and class during the Vietnam war he was fortunate enough to be able to return home to our family when so many others were not as fortunate. THANK YOU so very much for your service and sacrifice and keeping us safe. You are gone but not forgotten.
