In honor of my husband’s father, Conrad Franz Carroll, who made the ultimate sacrifice in Italy in March 1945, during WWII, and is buried in Aitken, MN.

Directions to Cemetery
The Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery - Little Falls is located approximately 7 miles north of the city of Little Falls. If traveling on Hwy 371 there will be State Veterans Cemetery signs marking the exits.
The physical address is 15550 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. Most GPS navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery.
When you arrive there will be parking coordinators at the cemetery entrance to assist you to a parking space. If you require handicap parking, please notify our volunteers.
*NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ENTER CAMP RIPLEY TO ACCESS THE MINNESOTA STATE VETERANS CEMETERY.
Parking Instructions
Parking coordinators will greet volunteers at the cemetery entrance and guide you to a parking location. If you require handicap parking, please have your permit in view when you arrive or notify the parking coordinators and you will be directed to the handicap parking area near our Administration Building.
As there is limited parking space, please attempt to carpool with other volunteers, if possible.
Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We're grateful that you're willing to help honor our Veterans and military families at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery - Little Falls.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- All volunteers are welcome to assist in the wreath laying ceremony.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- Carpool, if possible. Parking coordinators will assist you in finding a parking location upon arrival; however, due to the high number of attendees, carpooling is strongly encouraged.
- Wear appropriate cold weather clothing. The Administration Building will be available for volunteers to warm themselves but the ceremony and wreath placement will be outdoors, regardless of weather.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for helping achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
