Welcome to the Annapolis National Cemetery's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 16, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at Annapolis National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible by clicking the red "Sponsor" button. Or, if you would like to volunteer to participate in the wreath laying ceremony, please click the “Volunteer” button next to the cemetery name below, and don't forget to click the "Invite" button to invite your friends and family to join you.

by Dennis St. Andrew for Joseph St. Andrews, Army, Private, Served From 1864 to 1864, Born 01/01/46, Passed On 10/13/64, Honored by Annapolis National Cemetery

PVT Joseph St. Andrews, 12th US Infantry, Civil War. POW Battle of Globe Tavern 1864. Died of illness due to Confederate mistreatment on October 13th, 1864, age 18, in Annapolis Army hospital. Buried the same day. He fought and died to preserve the Union. Uncle Joseph, rest in peace with honor. (2023).

Directions to Cemetery

Parking:  There is NO parking at the cemetery. Parking is available nearby on the side streets and also in the City of Annapolis garage underneath the 'Park Place' development (adjacent to the Westin Hotel) across the street from the Annapolis National Cemetery.

Parking Instructions

There is no parking at the cemetery. The closest is Park Place Garage One Park Place, Annapolis, MD 21401. The rate is $3 for 1-2 hours or $4 for 2-3 hours.


Ceremony and Volunteer Information

 Clean Up Day - Saturday, January 14, 2023

8 am.  Bring a rake or pole to pick up multiple wreaths at a time.  This should only take about 30-45 minutes.


There is no parking at the cemetery. The closest is Park Place Garage One Park Place, Annapolis, MD 21401. The rate is $3 for 1-2 hours.
