Welcome to the San Antonio National Cemetery's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 13, 2025 at 11:00 am (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony), Wreaths Across America will be at San Antonio National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

Please help our location lay wreaths at as many graves as possible by clicking the red "Sponsor" button. Or, if you would like to volunteer to participate in the wreath laying ceremony, please click the “Volunteer” button next to the cemetery name below, and don't forget to click the "Invite" button to invite your friends and family to join you.

Directions to Cemetery

Most navigation systems do a good job of locating San Antonio National Cemetery. Once you arrive, please follow the signs and the volunteers directing traffic to guide you to the ceremony site.

You may park anywhere around the cemetery that does not have orange cones, but please be sure to leave enough space for traffic to flow smoothly on the surrounding streets.

Thank you for helping us keep everything respectful and organized for this special day.

Parking Instructions

There is plenty of parking available at this cemetery. Please feel free to park in any open spot along the road outside the cemetery, as long as the area is not marked with orange cones and still allows traffic to flow safely.

Be sure to watch for cones and volunteers directing parking to help guide you to an appropriate spot.

If you haven’t already, please make sure to register as a volunteer. This ensures you receive all updates related to the cemetery and event logistics.

Here are a few important reminders for the ceremony:

  • Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or background.
  • Please help ensure everyone has the opportunity to place a wreath, it's a shared moment of honor and remembrance.
  • Follow the location coordinator's instructions on both where and how to place the wreaths to maintain uniformity and respect.
  • Volunteers who can help with cleanup after the ceremony are especially appreciated, just check in with the coordinator if you’re available to assist.

Most importantly, we hope you have a wonderful and meaningful experience. Your participation helps us fulfill our mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach, and we’re grateful to have you with us.
