Please join us in paying tribute and honoring our veterans this holiday season. This year's ceremonies will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at more than 5,200 participating cemeteries nationwide.  

Sunbelt Rentals is committed to giving back and supporting our veteran community. Our partnership with Wreaths Across America (WAA) reflects this commitment by honoring those who have served and remembering the fallen by the laying of wreaths at gravesites.  The Wreaths Across American event provides a meaningful opportunity for team members and their families to volunteer their time while advancing the WAA's mission to remember, honor, and teach. 

By serving as a Sunbelt Rentals representative at a participating cemetery, you play an instrumental role in demonstrating the Power of Sunbelt and our shared commitment to service and community impact. 

In preparation for this important day of remembrance, we encourage all team members to get involved. To help ensure a wreath is delivered to your selected cemetery, please complete your registration by November 30. Registrations submitted after this date will still be accepted; however, wreath delivery cannot be guaranteed. 

How to Volunteer: 

1. Click the blue "Volunteer" button 
2. Find the cemetery location you wish to volunteer at: Search by cemetery name, city or zip code - then Select the location
3. Register to Volunteer: Please provide contact information for all individuals you are registering: Include first and last name, email address, and employee ID (if applicable). Accurate registration information is essential to ensure: An accurate count of volunteers, Successful delivery of registration confirmations, and receipt of important event updates and communications.  
4. Review your registration then Submit

How to Sponsor a wreath: 

1. Click the red "Sponsor Wreaths" button  
2. Select the number of wreaths you wish to sponsor. Your sponsorship will count towards Sunbelt Rentals goals. (note: sponsored wreaths cost $17 each)
3. Your Sponsorship Group to Support is Sunbelt Rentals - then Click Next
4. Select the location to place your wreath - Click Edit Your Selection: Search cemetery by address (or) click on the interactive map to find and select your location - then Click Next
5. Choose Customizations (Optional)
6. Confirm your order & Add to Cart
7. Checkout
