Welcome to Heart to Heart Hospice's Wreaths Across America Page.

On December 19, 2026 at 12:00 pm (EST), Heart to Heart Hospice will be helping to Remember and Honor our nation's servicemembers by laying veterans' wreaths on their graves and saying their names out loud.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring veterans' wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

To Sponsor a Wreath:

1. Select "Sponsor Wreaths."
2. Choose the Quantity>Next
3. Confirm the Group of Support>Next
4. Confirm "Location to Support." There is a drop-down menu on the right of "Calvary Cemetery." If there is another cemetery you would like to designate your sponsorship to, click "OR Search All Locations". Search by Cemetery Name in the left search bar and Address in the right search bar. Select location.>Next
5. Customize your sponsorship>Next.
6. Add to Cart.

To Volunteer:

1. Select "Volunteer."
2. Select a location to volunteer. If the cemetery is not listed, select "Lookup by Cemetery Name" OR "Lookup by City or Postal Code."
3. Complete Registration.
